About this virtual event:

In the evolving landscape of technology-driven industries, the gravitational pull toward artificial intelligence can be both transformative and perilous. At Direct Supply, our mission to improve the lives of seniors through innovation has always been anchored in solving the right problems for our customers.

As AI reshaped what’s possible, we faced a familiar challenge: how to move fast with emerging technology without drifting from customer outcomes.

This talk will share Direct Supply’s journey at the intersection of AI and product transformation. We’ll explore the cultural, organizational, and strategic shifts that helped us double down on product thinking, anchoring every decision in customer value, while embracing AI as an enabler of innovation and growth. Through real examples, we’ll show how focusing on the right problems, fostering rapid experimentation, and delivering measurable outcomes allowed us to harness AI’s power without losing sight of what matters most: our customers.
