Event Details:

All My Xs is a February fireside-style panel discussion that explores the many "experiences" shaping how technology is built. From Developer Experience (DX) and User Experience (UX) to Customer Experience (CX) and beyond, this event dives into the intersections, conflicts, and tradeoffs that influence successful technology outcomes.

Designed for professionals and students alike, this moderated and conversational panel will feature local technology leaders sharing real-world stories, practical insights, and career perspectives.  

Attend in-person or join virtually via Microsoft Teams - whichever works best for you!

Rose Kilsdonk, Director of Digital and Product Marketing at Capital Credit Union

Rose is perpetually curious. For her, the evolution of human interaction with technology has been a continuous source of interest and study. She’s surfed the digital wave since Apple introduced the Macintosh personal computer and is especially interested in how the Age of the Consumer continues to upend traditional corporate approaches.

Becky Rosenow, Senior Project Manager at NeoGenomics Laboratories

Becky’s eclectic professional portfolio includes broad scientific and program management experience, including refining and implementing product development processes. As a mentor and consultant, she encourages her mentees and clients to drive innovation using design thinking and intentional portfolio management strategies— not everything is a viable product!  


Samantha Uitenbroek, Customer Experience Supervisor at SECURA Insurance

Samantha works at the intersection of customer experience, marketing, and business strategy, with a focus on voice of the customer insight and the experience design that happens before development begins. Her role is translating customer and business needs into clear direction that drives strong downstream technology outcomes.


Emilie Van Asten, Key Account Manager at Jewelers Mutual

Emilie leads relationship growth and strategic alignment with Point of Sale integration partners. With a background in elevating customer insights to enhance the user experience of client facing products, she bridges the worlds of customers and Product Owners to drive more intuitive, impactful solutions.


Kelly Decker, IT Platform Engineering Senior Director at Schneider

Kelly leads a team of architects, engineers, and analysts focused on developing infrastructure and platform services that support Application Development, Enterprise Integration, and enabling AI Solutions. Her previous positions include Architecture Director, Product Director, Manager, and Developer. She has worked on a variety of technologies, currently focused on enterprise data Streaming, Data Lake, Developer Experience and AI enablement. She is also a core member of the Schneider Women's Network and President of Women in Technology Wisconsin.
