Event Summary:
Join WiTonCampus for an exclusive Job Shadow Experience at Jewelers Mutual (JM), a WiT Wisconsin Sponsor! This full-day event is designed to give WiTonCampus (student) members firsthand exposure to careers in technology.
Spend the morning hearing from inspiring early-career professionals and tech leaders about their journeys, challenges, and wins in the tech industry. After lunch (provided by onsite chef!), dive into the afternoon with a personalized job shadow experience – pairing you with a professional in your area of interest to see what a day in the life really looks like.
To support career readiness, the JM HR team will host sessions on resume reviews and interviewing techniques, helping students build confidence and polish their professional toolkit. We hope participants leave energized by the possibilities ahead and encourage them to apply for our Summer 2026 technical internships to continue their journey with us—where tradition meets transformation.

Hear from JM technology leaders about the many facets of IT and digital innovation across the business
12:30 – 1:00 p.m. — Q&A with the CIO
Engage directly with JM’s Chief Information Officer in an open discussion on technology, leadership, and career growth
1:00 – 3:00 p.m. — Job Shadowing Breakouts
