About the expert:
Bella Oung PMP, joined Regal Rexnord in February 2024 as Senior Director of Digital and IT Portfolio Management.  In this role, Bella is responsible for driving alignment, execution, and value realization for strategic initiatives across all business units and functions across the global organization. She also oversees automation and AI intakes and requirements, and facilitates the AI Governance CoE.  Additionally, Bella serves as the Program Lead for the PES segment Salesforce program. 

Prior to joining Regal Rexnord, Bella served as Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Innovator ETFs where she led digital transformation and executed go-to-market plans for over 100 exchange-traded funds.  She previously served as Senior Director of Enterprise Portfolio Delivery Lead at Blue Cross Blue Shields of IL, overseeing a $400M IT portfolio. Before that, she held the position of Director of IT PMO Lead at Motorola Solutions, where she managed a $52M IT portfolio, unified IT demand management, and formalized program governance.

Bella graduated with distinction, earning an M.S. degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® designation from the Project Management Institute. She is also a brand ambassador at Women in Technology Wisconsin, a non-profit organization promoting and supporting the advancement of women in the technology field.
