Together we will explore how personal reflection and clarity around non-negotiables can transform everyday interactions into moments of leadership. Through guided exercises attendees will examine the culture they work in, the culture they aspire to create, and the assumptions that shape their environment. By identifying core values and aligning behavior with internal expectations, participants will learn how to attract talent, foster psychological safety, and elevate performance. Drawing from her diverse experience in law enforcement, coaching, and HR leadership, Lyndsey will lead this session offering a practical and inspiring roadmap for leading with authenticity, empathy, and purpose—no matter your role. 

About the expert:
Lyndsey Seela is a seasoned leader whose career bridges public service, athletic coaching, and organizational development. As a former Police Officer for the City of Madison, WI, Lyndsey cultivated a foundation of discipline, integrity, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Performance & Evaluation at Green Bay Area Public Schools, she leads with a strategic focus on equity, team culture, and human-centered leadership. Her coaching experience spans both high school and collegiate basketball, where she mentored athletes through the rigors of competition and the transformative power of self-reflection.

Whether guiding professionals through complex HR challenges or coaching teams toward championship-level performance, Lyndsey brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, tactical insight, and authentic connection. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that reflection fuels growth—and that the best leaders are those who know themselves deeply, challenge others thoughtfully, and build cultures where excellence and empathy go hand in hand.
