About this virtual event:
Wouldn't it be wonderful if every change and effort we put in went smoothly and without any hiccups? Unfortunately, we know that there are always factors that can impact the success of our endeavors. One of the most significant elements in this equation is people. Yes, the individuals who make up our organization play a pivotal role in determining whether changes will be successful or not. Tiffany will be sharing her insight on a topic that is crucial for collective success within an organization: the distinction between mindset and skillset, particularly in the context of implementing changes within an organization.

About the expert:
Tiffany Dillon
is the VP – IT Infrastructure and Operations at Landmark Credit Union, where she provides leadership, strategy, delivery, and operational management of the IT physical and cloud infrastructure.  She partners with senior leadership, business teams and vendors to deliver innovative products and services to
enable the execution of business priorities.

She is a talented and versatile technology leader with over 25 years of experience that span cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and working in regulated environments. She is committed to the development and growth of others with mentoring, advocacy and challenging opportunities that deliver successful results.

Tiffany is also quite active in her community.  She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for The Gathering of Southeastern WI where she leads the Technology Committee to advise the organization on technology decisions.  She is also an Advisory Board Member for i.c.stars|Milwaukee.  She also serves on the UWM SCE Tech, Engineering, and Business (TEB) Advisory Committee.
