Vicki Lessard is the Cloud Applications Manager at ETC, Inc overseeing the websites, mobile apps and most customer facing applications. The developers on her team are bringing new and exciting products to our customers as well as tools to help them interact easily with the company. Vicki never thought that her college degree in theatre would lead to the exciting career she has had at ETC but is thankful every day for it!
Tamara Brognano is a Technical Communications Specialist on the Video and Technical Communications team at ETC. The user assistance she creates as a member of ETC's R&D project teams ranges from the traditional (printed installation guides) to the more modern (smartphone-friendly assistance accessed via QR code). She brings 25+ years of experience with single-source content development and writing for localization to her role here at ETC. She also straddles the backstage and onstage worlds in her roles as the Outreach Coordinator for Four Seasons Theatre and as a performer with local companies like FST, APT, and Forward Theater.
Lily Chang started her journey at ETC 18 years ago as a Network Administrator, building and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure—both in the Middleton office and across the globe. Along the way, she also took on project management for a number of building renovations and new construction, helping to bring new spaces online and ensuring they were tech-ready from day one. During COVID, Lily pivoted to a Cloud Engineer role embracing new technologies. These days, her focus is primarily on security—protecting systems, mitigating risks, and strengthening ETC’s defenses. It’s been a dynamic and rewarding path, and Lily has enjoyed growing alongside the company every step of the way.
Karen Meuth is an enthusiastic Networking Product Development Manager at ETC, with 28 years of experience in product assurance and development. After graduating from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Geography, plus special study in Cartography, Karen moved to Wisconsin where she began her career at ETC. She worked her way through various positions, moving into R&D where she learned networking and the protocols associated with lighting systems. Karen's team is responsible for developing hardware and software, which enables our customers to configure, monitor and light their venues. This department is also in charge of creating protocol libraries used across ETC systems, enforcing consistency in output and performance. One of our exciting new projects is a cloud-based product for monitoring lighting systems from anywhere in the world!
