Meet Kiesha, a dynamic and influential speaker whose passion for education and leadership development knows no bounds. With over a decade of leadership experience across diverse sectors, including nonprofit, charter and choice schools, higher education, and healthcare, Kiesha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Her true passion lies in developing transformational leaders who make a profound impact on the lives of those they serve. Through coaching and training, she supports leaders in nurturing their potential to drive positive changes.

Kiesha's academic journey is a testament to her dedication. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters in Urban Education from Cardinal Stritch University. She also completed the National Principal Fellowship Program in New York through Relay Graduate School of Education and earned a Masters in Business Administration in Education Leadership from MSOE.

Kiesha's leadership extends beyond her professional roles. She serves on the Executive Board of City Year Milwaukee and is the Board Co-Chair for Believers In Christ Christian Academy. Additionally, her passion for educating others extends to the realm of real estate.

Kiesha's influence is not limited to education. She has recently led several programs in healthcare through Advocate Health's HR Leadership Development department. Her dedication to nurturing leadership potential knows no boundaries.

Despite her many titles and achievements, Kiesha treasures her role as a mother to her three-year-old daughter and a loving wife to her husband, EB.

Kiesha embodies the spirit of empowerment, transformation, and dedication. Her journey is an inspiration, and her insights into leadership and education are invaluable for individuals and organizations alike.
