Gautam Malik is a dynamic and results-driven leader with an exceptional track record of enhancing operational performance, introducing profitable products, and successfully managing high-priority international projects.

As the driving force behind Team GJ P&L, encompassing Gamber-Johnson, PMT, Premier, InfoCase, and Lind, Gautam has played a pivotal role in the multinational company’s success. Joining Gamber-Johnson in 2003, Gautam’s ascent through the ranks showcases his commitment and expertise.

Starting as a Manufacturing intern, he swiftly progressed through roles such a

s Quality representative, Manufacturing Engineer, Lean Champion, Director of Operations, COO, President, and now the CEO. Since 2009, he has been an integral part of the leadership team, instrumental in the company’s growth. Gautam’s strategic vision extends beyond national borders, where he spearheaded the international expansion of the Gamber-Johnson family of brands. With a passion for lean manufacturing, he has been a driving force behind the company’s lean transformation for two decades.

Gautam holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune in India. He is a certified quality auditor, a Six Sigma Black Belt recognized by the American Society of Quality, and holds a lean certificate from the University of Kentucky. Gautam’s multifaceted expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Team GJ’s success in the global marketplace.

Sarah Ceballos 

Sarah Ceballos is a dynamic IT & Corporate Security Manager renowned for her people-first philosophy. Her unique talent for bridging the gap between people and technology is at the heart of her success. Sarah’s strategic vision and exceptional leadership have played a pivotal role in leveraging systems to accelerate business growth at an unprecedented pace. Her approach is about managing technology and harnessing it as a tool to empower people and processes. Beyond the confines of corporate walls, Sarah’s influence extends into the community. She is an avid soccer coach, recognized for her remarkable sports contributions. Her dedication and skill earned her the prestigious title of ‘Coach of the Year.’ Sarah’s community-focused spirit is a testament to her belief in giving back and nurturing talent at all levels.

Ryan Kawski, Dean, School of Applied Technology, Mid-State Technical College

Ryan Kawski is the Dean of the School of Applied Technology at Mid-State Technical College.  Mid-State is one of 16 technical colleges 

in the Wisconsin Technical College System with campuses in Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Marshfield, and Adams, Wisconsin.  In his fifth school year with the college, Ryan provides academic leadership for fifteen associate and technical diploma programs and thirteen apprenticeship programs.  In his time with 

the college Ryan has worked closely with college leadership to secure donations totaling over $23 million for the construction of a 48,000 square foot Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, and Apprenticeship Center which will be open for classes in the fall of 2024. 

Prior to his time with Mid-State, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education as well as a Master of Science degree in 

Career and Technical Education from UW-Stout.  He taught Technology and Engineering Education courses to middle and high school students in three public school districts in Wisconsin, most recently working in the Stevens Point Area Public School District.  After completing his master's degree, Ryan served as the Career and Technical Education Coordinator for the Stevens Point Area Public School District.  During his time as a CTE Coordinator, he managed work-based learning programs, wrote and managed state and federal grants, assisted in the design of a referendum-funded Tech Ed remodel, and provided curricular leadership and support for CTE programs in grades 7-12.
