We live in a busy, high-demand world. Anything that is overwhelming to the modern-day individual can be broken down into chunks that can be delivered over an amount of time.

"Every day Agile" will be based on applying an Agile mindset to everyday life. Vanitha will explain how she applies the role of a Product Owner when she teaches Indian Classical Music - her students are the team members and parents are the Scrum Masters.

She will demonstrate that once you're in the Agile mindset, it's easy to powerfully apply Agile to every day personal hobbies, raising children, cooking, etc.
