It probably doesn’t come as much as a surprise, women are carrying a lot of stress in their professional and non-work lives. While the causes differ from person to person, stress effects are the same when its builds up -- insomnia, social withdrawal, substance abuse, lack of motivation, and more.

Join us 12 pm/noon - 1 pm, September 30, for a conversation about TRUE, practical self-care. Understanding who we are and how we can best take care of ourselves through self-care is key to being our best selves – at home and at work. In this session you'll learn:

  • Practical strategies for the four types of self-care, and
  • Discuss resilience strategies and activities that contribute to developing a strong foundation for healing.
