Physical Health on Mental Health: Improving Wellbeing through Health and Wellness for Mind and Body Preparedness and Resilience

Learn from expert Kate Nitschke, how to instill mindfulness and choice into our everyday life both personally and professionally as it relates to our overall quality of life. Kate will share a brief overview of the physiology behind stress along with the clarity we all deserve to build stress-resilience and not only fight burnout, but to overcome challenges that seem, never-ending. About the Expert:
Kate is a WI resident of the greater Milwaukee area. She is a national executive leader in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry, bringing strategic operations and progressive career growth in quality of life and overall health improvement in all she does. Her objective is aimed toward greater access, education, and prevention to increase awareness, provide resources, breakdown stigmas, and further transform the way in which healthcare is delivered. She believes we all deserve quality care of health, wellness, and overall well-being.

Kate is Co-Chair, Partner, and Senior Advisor of the Mental Wellness Society, an International Society advancing mental wellness to fully enjoy living through powerful and innovative mental wellness tools and processes championed by a global community of leading wellness experts and practitioners. (i.e. Integrative medicine, homeopath, Chiropractors & Osteopath, Dietitians/Wt Loss Nutritionist, Fitness Trainers, Medical Doctors, Surgeons, Perf. Enhancement, acupuncturist, Meditation/Breathing: Yoga/Pilates

Currently Kate is also serving on a Ukraine Taskforce, bringing Psychological, Physical Health, and Mental Health support through over 30 taskforce members, including Trauma Specialist.
