Meet the Speakers Star eyes

Yolaund Sulcer

Yolaund Sulcer is the Director of People Development, Supply Chain for Molson Coors North American business.  Yolaund earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Southern University. While she originally aspired to work within the Journalism field, an entry level role as a Training Coordinator for a networking services company, led her to her true talent, developing people. Yolaund built her career and expertise in Learning and Development through continued professional education, earning certifications and holding L&D positions in private and public sector companies.  She is a proud member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and recipient of awards form the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Brandon Hall Group.


Yolaund is passionate about helping people develop into their “best work selves”.  She also believes that the inclusion of diverse perspectives is critical to a company’s success. Yolaund creates and actively participates in initiatives designed to build a strong organizational culture - where difference is celebrated, and individual talents are harnessed to drive performance.  


Yolaund enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 Year and her young adult children, Parker and Eva. She previously served as a Greater Milwaukee Urban League Board Member and as President of the Multi-Ethnic Parent Association at Nicolet High School. Yolaund also supports various local events in her community.


Royce Wills 

Royce Wills is an accomplished award-winning sales, marketing and L&D leader with over 20 years of experience in the alcohol beverage business at MolsonCoors. Recognized by peers, teams, and customers for his infectious attitude, people leadership, and business acumen, Royce's passport of experience enables him to lead and influence across all levels of the organization in a very relatable and authentic manner. This has resulted in high demand for his collaborative skills and insights.


He takes a personal interest in both the personal and professional development of each team member, which has led to high engagement scores, high promotion rates, and several performance awards, most notably Sales Team of the Year and Retail Program of the Year and most recently Best Onboarding and Sales Development Program of the year.. Because of his unique background, he was recently tapped to lead the capability-building efforts for the MolsonCoors commercial enterprise in the Americas.

Outside of work, Royce is constantly honing his "grill skills," perfecting a cocktail, or traveling the world with his wife Anita in pursuit of the next great cultural experience.
